Go to http://www.domainz.net.nz/default.asp

Click on "Login".

Enter your Name Holder ID and Password *Note your Name Holder ID will be an eight digit code. If you don't know your Name Holder ID and Password you can find out by going Here

Once logged on, click on the search button about half way down the page. (There is no need to fill out the box)

Click on the domain you wish to change.

Click where it says "Change name server and technical details "

The below information is necessary and it should look like this; (You may need to use the tools as supplied by domainz to get the Ip address. (See the little pic's to the right of the ip address box.))

You can fill out the boxes below with the following information if you wish however this part of this form is not really necessary.

Click on Next

And on the next page you must type accept and then click next or nothing will happen!

Once you have done that you can then delete your old account with your old host.

Xtra Customers go to http://xtra.co.nz/products/0,,6075,00.html, fill out the form and send it to them.

Clear customers phone 0508 888 800 and ask for your hosting account to be deleted, important make sure that clear do not action your domain name to be deleted with Domainz. Clear will however delet your domain hosting with them.
